I'm a cartoonist, science communicator, illustrator and entomologist with a passion for using comics to explain scientific topics. I'm currently also an Extension Educator for Cape Cod Cooperative Extension, teaching about tick-borne disease prevention and entomology.

I'm best known as an artist for my clean line art and ink work, appealing style in character design, and my passion for bugs, robots and skeletons.
I have over 10 years of experience creating characters, stories and comics, and I have a Master's degree in Entomology from North Carolina State University. I'm the artist of Arise, Ye Skeleton King!, The Beginner Entomologist, Don't Come Out Naked!, and more.
